Summer School 2025: Team Leaders and Project Submission From

Summer School 2025 Home      Logistics      Call for Projects and Team Leaders

During the Summer School, teams of graduate students and early-career scholars will work on sets of research problems (one team for each problem). Active work is conducted Monday through Thursday, and presentations of the results are presented on Friday.

To participate in this role, submit a project idea that aligns with one or more of the Summer School focus areas, listed below. Accepted team leaders will spend one week, in-person, guiding their team of 4-6 early-career scholars to tackle the proposed project. Problems and their questions should be suitable and appropriate for “addressing” in the time available, and data must be ready ahead of time. We do not want participants to spend excessive time data “wrangling” before they can begin.

We expect to support up to 5 different teams working on 5 different problems.

The Summer School leaders will organize team membership to ensure that necessary and appropriate skill sets are represented across the group.
